In 1976, Ronald G. Royster transformed his passion for precision machining into a thriving business. Working from a small garage in Henderson, Kentucky, he built his machine shop on two unwavering principles: delivering exceptional quality and prioritizing customer satisfaction. Ron’s commitment to excellence quickly earned the trust of clients, fueling steady growth and a reputation for unmatched craftsmanship.

By 1984, just eight years after its founding, Royster’s Machine Shop celebrated its first major milestone—a new 18,000-square-foot production facility designed to meet increasing demand. This expansion marked the beginning of a legacy defined by innovation, growth, and unwavering dedication to excellence.

Today, Royster’s Machine Shop stands as a beacon of quality in the machining industry. Operating from an 80,000-square-foot complex in Henderson, Kentucky, the company has evolved into one of the Midwest’s most respected machine shops. With the launch of its high-volume machining division, Royster’s Production Machining, LLC, Royster’s continues to push boundaries, employing 70 skilled professionals who uphold the standards of precision and service established nearly five decades ago.
