Our History

Royster's Machine Shop, LLC

Working from a small garage in Henderson, Kentucky, toolmaker Ronald G. Royster founded his machine shop business in 1976. An unwavering dedication to quality in machining and to customer satisfaction proved to be the keys to success; customers responded to Ron’s dedication to excellence, and the business grew. After only eight years, the company underwent its first major expansion in 1984 with the construction of an 18,000 sq. ft. production facility.

Royster’s Machine Shop has continued to flourish with investments in modern buildings, advanced machinery, and capable people. Today, the company operates an 80,000 sq. ft. complex and has expanded a new division, (Royster’s Production Machining, LLC), also located in Henderson, Kentucky. It employs a staff of 70 professionals, all of whom share our founder’s original dedication to excellence.
