We’re dedicated to your complete satisfaction with the quality of our work and with our service. To that end, we invest in maintaining an inventory of frequently-ordered machined parts for many of our regular customers; by doing so, we minimize the time required for our customers to receive the parts they need. We also maintain a stock of raw materials for selected customers, avoiding delivery delays and expediting order fulfillment.
And, we keep rebuilt components on hand for the same reasons. In fact, we currently hold over $1 million dollars in inventory for our customers.
Rather than a large sales force, we have two sales representatives, period. And regardless of the size of your order, you’ll receive all emergency phone numbers. If you have a question or concern, we want to answer that question or address that concern promptly, day or night.
